HelpAge is seeking the services of a consultant to conduct an end of the Emergency Drought Response project evaluation for drought affected communities in Mandera North and Mandera West.

The main focus of the programme was to provide emergency relief to older people and their families in the pastoral communities through the provision of food, non food items and water trucking.
