Water and bleach

 

Simply Awesome, water and bleach in bottle of coke was fitted on the roof. It absorbs and reflects  sunlight and is equal to 55 watt.

The bleach is to stop the water going cloudy with bacteria. And of course it only works in the day. The amount of light given out is equal to that absorbed by the bottle outside less a little that is lost in the plastic and water. You can buy a commercial version called a light tunnel....
