TheEstate’s Resident Association is seeking qualified persons for the position of anEstate Services Manager responsible for coordinating the management of service providers responsible for security services, refuse collection, street lighting, lawns and gardening, general cleanliness and other matters touching on the residents of the estate.

Reporting to the Management Committee, the Estate Services Manager overall responsibilities will be;

• Data Base Management -Develop and maintain a comprehensive electronic data base of all the residents
