Head of School: School of Hotel and Catering   
 

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality training by seeing to it that there is timely syllabus coverage, class  attendance, standardized student evaluation, effective classroom delivery, effective  timetabling and efficient records keeping;


• People leadership and management;


• Strategic departmental management;


• Custody and management of departmental facilities.
